brain-trainingBrain training is the science of increasing your brains cognitive abilities and has moved forward in leaps and bounds over the last few decades and has been the subject of much scientific research.

While you can measure your brains ‘fitness’ through such measures as neurogenesis (your brains creation of new neurons, and increased functional connections of synapses and dendrites between neurons.), many people can actually witness an increased brain function without the need for specific testing.

Brain training is a lot like physical training, if you’re noticing yourself running further, getting more flexible or lifting heavier weights you know your physical body is improving. You should give your brain the same encouragement and understanding, if your memory has improved and if you’re more clear headed than before, it’s probably working for you!

The signs are there, listen to your mind and body and you will yield fantastic results.
